It seemed like a good idea at the time...

You have to have a blog these days right?  Well....probably not, but I've gone and done it now haven't I.

I suppose it means that I actually need to start posting things. But post what? What to be....? Witty? Informative? Inspirational? Hmmmm... sounds like a tall order. I think I'll just plump for regular(-ish) to start with. For now, a pretty picture.

Dahlias from the local flower market and foliage chopped from the garden.

The dahlias in this table centre came from the local flower market and I chopped most of the foliage from our (overgrown) garden. The grape vine hangs over the wall from our lovely next-door neighbour's garden. Fortunately for me, she also has a 'relaxed' approach to gardening so there's plenty more for me to play with.
